This is the recipe for Matcha:

Things that you need:

  • 5g Matcha Powder
  • 10g Hot Water
  • 1:1 Ratio Sugar Syrup 15g
  • 160g Meiji Milk

These are the steps:

  1. For Sugar Syrup, 40g hot water + 40g white sugar then stir until there is no more sugar left.
  2. Mix them using whisk.
  3. Add most milk into cup with 80% ice.
  4. Pour Matcha In.
  5. Pour remaining milk into matcha cup.
  6. Pour into final cup with ice.
  7. Done! Enjoy your Matcha!
