
This is the recipe for Matcha: 



Things that you need:
- 5g Matcha Powder
- 10g Hot Water
- 1:1 Ratio Sugar Syrup 15g
- 160g Meiji Milk
These are the steps:
- For Sugar Syrup, 40g hot water + 40g white sugar then stir until there is no more sugar left.
- Mix them using whisk.
- Add most milk into cup with 80% ice.
- Pour Matcha In.
- Pour remaining milk into matcha cup.
- Pour into final cup with ice.
- Done! Enjoy your Matcha!
